Terms & Conditions for zx555 Platform Use

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "zx555" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to zx555.pro and the company operating the zx555 online casino and sportsbook, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "You" / "the Player" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zx555 platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing zx555.pro, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Acceptance is effective from the date of your first login or account registration, whichever occurs first.

zx555 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on zx555. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. zx555 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account behaviour.

During registration you are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a mobile number, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. All information must be accurate and kept up to date.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

zx555 is required under its international gaming licence obligations to verify the identity of all registered players. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents typically include:

• A clear, full-colour copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or passport biographical data page.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. All deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the zx555 platform — including but not limited to the zx555 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zx555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zx555 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the zx555 platform without prior written consent from zx555.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Termination

Upon receipt of a closure request, zx555 will process any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
